Controls and certifications



When a request for a D.O.C.G. or a D.O.C. designation is submitted, the Consortium carries out checks on the entire wine production process: from the vineyard characteristics to the region of production, to cultivation and winemaking techniques, bottling promotion and the features of the finished product.

A highly innovative, reliable laboratory analyses batches of the wine for which the designation has been requested.

The laboratory is authorized to issue official certificates of analysis for wine growers and producers, valid also for export, and it also provides certification services to export the wines to both EU and non-EU countries.
