Ingredients
2 cl yuzu paste
2 cl non-alcoholic bitters
Top up with Moscato d’Asti Docg
Preparation
Pour 2 cl of yuzu paste and 2 cl of alcohol-free bitters into a glass. Mix vigorously with a bar spoon. Then add ice and top up with Moscato d’Asti. Mix again and finish off the drink by garnishing the cocktail with a curl of pink grapefruit peel.
